气氛烧结钛酸锶钡陶瓷微观组织结构研究

摘要 钛酸锶钡(BST)是钛酸锶(SrTiO_(3))固溶于钛酸钡(BaTiO_(3))而形成的固溶体,经高温烧结后的陶瓷,出现了晶粒大小不一、组分不均匀、晶界较多的状况,且常常夹杂着玻璃相和气孔相,而这些都会对其电性能造成影响。因此文章拟通过气氛烧结来改善陶瓷材料的微观组织,挖掘其性能潜力。通过选择优化后的烧结温度1420℃烧结的BST陶瓷作为研究对象,对BST陶瓷的微观组织进行了研究,研究表明,气氛烧结工艺能减少BST陶瓷的微观组织缺陷,提高致密度,使晶粒尺寸更加均匀。 Barium strontium titanate(BST)is a solid solution formed by strontium titanate(SrTiO_(3))solid dissolved in barium titanate(BaTiO_(3)).After sintering at high temperature,there are different grain sizes,uneven components,more grain boundaries,and often mixed with glass phase and pore phase,which will affect its electrical properties.Therefore,this paper intends to improve the microstructure of ceramic materials by atmosphere sintering and explore its performance potential.In this section,BST ceramics sintered at the optimized sintering temperature of 1420℃are selected as the research object to study the microstructure of BST ceramics.The research shows that the atmosphere sintering process can reduce the microstructure defects of BST ceramics,improve the density,and make the grain size more uniform.
