摘要
利用电磁搅拌和稀土细化剂制备了不同Ce含量的A356铝合金半固态浆料,对比了电磁搅拌对稀土Ce分布的影响,分析稀土Ce在半径方向上的分布。结果表明,添加1.0%的Ce时合金晶粒细化效果最好,大多数晶粒呈等轴晶,电磁搅拌能显著影响Ce的分布,在金属熔体最大旋转速度处稀土产生微观偏聚,能使Ce分布更加均匀,减少宏观偏析。
Electromagnetic stirring and rare earth refiner were applied to prepare semi-solid slurry of A356 aluminum alloy with different Ce content.The effects of electromagnetic stirring on the Ce distribution were analyed comparatively,and Ce content variation along the radius direction was analyzed.The results indicate that the alloy has a desirable refinement effect with the Ce addition of 1.0%,where the most grain shape present equiaxed structure.The electromagnetic stirring can seriously influence distribution of rare earth element,and the rare earth microsegregation occurs at the maximum rotation rate of the metal melt,thus making the rare earth atoms distributed more evenly and reducing macrosegregation.
