摘要
基于FLOW-3D CAST软件,分别对压铸模在空气冷却、喷涂冷却、水道冷却条件下进行模拟,分析3种冷却方式对模温的影响,并且与实际测量模温对比。最后对比分析FLOW-3D CAST软件采用喷涂工艺模块模拟与传统喷涂模拟结果,发现喷涂冷却能够更准确模拟模具温度。
The natural air cooling,spraying cooling and water channel cooling of die casting die were simulated by FLOW-3 D CAST software.The effects of cooling methods on the temperature of die casting die were analyzed,which compared with the actual measurement of mold temperature verification.Finally,the simulation results of FLOW-3 D CAST using spraying process module were compared with traditional spraying simulation.It is concluded that spray cooling can more accurately simulate die casting die temperature.
