新形势下研究生教学督导体系构建研究

The Construction of Postgraduate Teaching Supervision System Under the New Situation

站在国家“两个一百年”历史交汇点,全国研究生教育大会重申了新时代研究生教育的战略地位和重要意义,对研究生培养提出了新的任务和要求。教学督导作为质量监控的有效手段,对保障研究生教育高质量发展具有至关重要的作用。新时期,研究生教学督导体系建设要从新理念、教学督导队伍建设、校院两级教学督导运行机制、督导内容等四个方面构建完善的研究生教学督导体系。针对督导队伍薄弱、教学信息化平台缺失、督导文化尚未形成的现实,未来,研究生教学督导将在督导队伍转型升级、信息化平台建设、教学督导文化建设几方面进一步加强研究和实践。

Standing at the meeting point of China 's“two centenary”history,the national conference on postgraduate education was successfully held,reaffirming the strategic position and significance of postgraduate education in the new era and putting forward new tasks and requirements for the cultivation of postgraduate talents.Teaching supervision,as an important part of the quality supervision system for postgraduate cultivation,plays a very important role in ensuring the high-quality development of postgraduate education.This paper constructs the postgraduate teaching supervision system under the new situation from four aspects:the new concept of the postgraduate teaching supervision system construction,the construction of teaching supervision team for postgraduate education,the operation mechanism of postgraduate teaching supervision at two levels of the university and college,and the content of the postgraduate teaching supervision.At the same time,we also analyze the problems in practice from the aspects of the upgrading of the supervision team,the construction of information platform and the construction of teaching supervision culture.
