5G时代下基于“互信”机制的职业教育公共服务平台建构路径研究 被引量:11

摘要 5G技术以更快的互联网,更低的延迟和更广的互联赋能千行百业,为职业教育人才培养适应新一代信息技术应用产业和产教深度融合提供了基础性战略性支撑。利用新兴信息技术构建的"互信"机制将打通困扰在职业教育产教融合中的供需错位问题,解决职业教育供需服务平台的数据可信流动、共享、使用等问题。基于我国职业教育产教融合政策、市场实情和体系制度的思考逻辑下,该文提出了基于区块链技术的职业教育公共服务平台的构建框架。通过数据层、服务支撑层、交互层和用户层构建平台技术结构。在平台应用层面,着重构建了交易互信、整合互信、存储互信、资源互信的实现路径,力图为职业教育公共服务可信平台的建设提供参考和借鉴作用。 5G technology empowers industries with faster Internet,lower latency and greater interconnection,and provides fundamental support for vocational education when it faces to the new generation of information technology application in industries and the transform of integration between industry and education.The"mutual trust"mechanism in blockchain technology will open up the supply and demand bridge between the"education chain"and the"industrial chain"that bugs vocational education in the integration of industry and education,and solve problems,such as data security,resource integration,sharing of high-quality resources,and mutual distrust etc.,in the service platform,which is facing the dislocation of supply and demand.Based on vocational education industry-education integration policy,market conditions,and multiple governance,building a public service platform for vocational education based on blockchain technology can achieve difficulties of mutual trust in storage,mutual trust in integration,mutual trust in transactions,and mutual trust in resources.
