摘要
城市轨道交通建设周期较长,施工中占用城市道路的现象不可避免,需多方统筹多点发力,方能制定科学、合理的交通管理方案。以苏州古城区临顿路—干将东路交叉口轨道交通围挡施工为例,主要存在交通导改后道路交叉口距离过短、常规交通组织和信号控制方法难以满足车辆通行需求的问题。研究发现,通过实施道路单行组织、信号灯绿波联控、非机动车和机动车流线分离等交通管理方案后,车速下降约2 km/h,在可接受范围内,通行效率未出现明显降低,周边道路网运行平稳。
The occupation of urban roads is inevitable during the long period of metro construction.To ensure the smooth flow of roads during the metro construction,a scientific and reasonable traffic management plan is critical.This thesis takes Lindun Road and East Ganjiang Road intersection in Suzhou ancient city as an example,the main problems are that the distance between the road intersections after the guidance reform is too short,and the conventional traffic organization and signal control methods cannot meet the needs of vehicles.The study found that after the implementation of traffic management schemes,such as single-line organization,green wave control of signal lights,and separation of non-motorized and motorized vehicles,the vehicle speed decreased by about 2km/h.Within the acceptable range,the traffic efficiency did not significantly decrease,and the surrounding road network operated smoothly.
