摘要
当交通拥堵问题日益严重、难以用交通设计的方式进行有效改善时,有必要通过新建道路的方式来提高道路的通行能力从而缓解交通拥堵情况。为研究如何在降低新建隧道工程造价的同时,充分发挥衔接路段相关道路的交通疏解功能的问题,以新建衢江隧道工程的道路设计为例,根据相关的国家设计规范以及衢州市规划文件,在确定技术指标、控制条件以及建设条件之后,通过多角度比选隧道施工工法与线路方案,最终确定衢江隧道总体设计方案为施工上采用围堰明挖法、接线上采用隧道南岸接地点前后布置的方案。
When the problem of traffic congestion becomes increasingly serious and it is difficult to effectively improve it by traffic design.It is necessary to improve the capacity of the road by building new roads,so as to alleviate the traffic congestion.In order to study the problem of how to reduce the construction cost of the new tunnel and give full play to the traffic clearing function of the road connecting the road section,the road design of the newly built Qujiang tunnel project is taken as an example,determines the related technical index,control conditions and construction conditions of Qujiang River tunnel according to relevant national design specifications and Quzhou City planning documents,and through the comparison of the construction method and route scheme of the tunnel construction from multiple angles,the overall design scheme of Qujiang River tunnel is finally determined.Cofferdam excavation method is adopted in construction,and the connecting line adopts the scheme of layout before and after the south bank connection.
