生活垃圾焚烧熔渣彩色沥青混合料适用性分析

摘要 生活垃圾焚烧熔渣的资源化利用日益广泛,作为沥青混合料的替代骨料,考虑其具有抗滑和耐磨的提升效果以及酸性与色粉的碱性具有保色作用等优点,进行彩色沥青处置的技术研发,通过室内试验进行替换后的混合料路用性能研究。采用5~10 mm生活垃圾焚烧熔渣等体积代替30%的5~10 mm玄武岩石料,配制生活垃圾焚烧熔渣SMA-10沥青混合料,彩色涂料涂敷量为1.5~2.0 kg/m^(2)。试验结果发现,当替代石料比例为30%时,SMA-10动稳定度由6 985次/mm增加至8 190次/mm,增幅约为17.3%,冻融劈裂强度比由91.2%增加至93.6%,摩阻系数BPN由51增加至63,经常温车辙试验碾压后,彩色涂层的磨损率仅为常规SMA-10混合料彩色涂层磨损率的3.4%~9.5%。同时,可显著降低SMA-10混合料的制备成本,降幅为18.3%。与玄武岩SMA-10+常规彩色喷涂方案相比,节约8.3%材料费用。 In order to strengthen the resource utilization of domestic waste incineration slag,it has become one of the widely concerned uses as the replacement aggregate of asphalt mixture.Considering the improvement effect of anti sliding and wear resistance,and the color retention effect of acid and basic toner,as well as the advantages of anti sliding,wear resistance and porous,the technology research and development of color asphalt treatment will be carried out.The method is to study the road performance of the mixture after replacement through indoor test.It is recommended to use 5~10 mm domestic waste incineration slag to replace 30% of 5~10 mm basalt stone in order to prepare SMA-10 asphalt mixture with 1.5~2.0 kg/m^(2) of color coating.The results show that the dynamic stability of SMA-10 increases from 6 985 times/mm to 8 190 times/mm,with an increase of about 17.3%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio increases from 91.2% to 93.6%,and the friction coefficient BPN increases from 51 to 63.The wear rate of the conventional SMA-10 concrete color coating is 3.4%~9.5% of that of the conventional SMA-10 concrete,and the use of domestic waste incineration slag can significantly reduce the preparation cost of SMA-10 mixture by 18.3%.Compared with the basalt SMA-10 + conventional color spraying scheme,the R & D scheme saves 8.3% material cost.
