摘要
为有效解决视障群体公交出行难的问题,进一步提升该群体公交出行的安全性与便捷性,更好地营造温暖幸福的无障碍公交出行环境,提出建立智能盲人公交引导系统的解决方案。首先,对我国城市公交无障碍设施建设现况进行全面分析,针对现有公交导盲设施设计不合理、覆盖不全面、使用不便捷、服务不友好等突出问题进行深入剖析,确定视障群体公交出行的真实痛点与功能需求;其次,基于痛点分析提出智能盲人公交引导系统的总体思路,并结合视障群体的实际需求设计预约乘车、登车引导、下车提醒、位置同步等功能,基于无线射频识别(RFID)车辆识别技术与RSSI测距定位技术提出系统技术方案;最后,通过仿真分析与效果评价验证该系统设计的可行性。该系统优化视障群体公交出行环境,有利于提升城市公交无障碍发展水平。
In order to effectively solve the problem of bus travel difficulties for the visually impaired group,further improve the safety and convenience of public bus travel for this group,and better create a warm and happy barrier-free bus travel environment,a solution to establish an intelligent blind public bus guidance system is proposed.First,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the construction of barrier-free facilities in urban public transport in China,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the four prominent problems of unreasonable design,incomplete coverage,inconvenient use,and unfriendly service of the existing public transport blindness facilities,and identify the visually impaired groups of real pain points and functional requirements of bus travel.Based on the analysis of pain points,the general idea of the intelligent blind public transportation guidance system is put forward,and the four functions of appointment booking,boarding guidance,exit reminder,and location synchronization are designed in combination with the actual needs of the visually impaired.Then based on RFID vehicle identification technology and RSSI Ranging and positioning technology proposed a system technical plan,and finally verified the feasibility of the system design through simulation analysis and effect evaluation.This system optimizes the public transportation travel environment of the visually impaired group,which is conducive to improving the barrier-free development of urban public transportation.
