岳阳建设区域中心城市交通发展对策

Yueyang Traffic Development Countermeasure for Constructing Regional Center City

为了实现岳阳预规作为长江中游城市群区域中心城市、湖南省域副中心城市的发展目标,改善港口受制约、陆路交通瓶颈、机场缺乏竞争力以及城市交通设施建设不足的现状,基于其资源本底和机遇挑战,提出借力省会实现长岳一体,打造长江中游重要的航运中心和区域协作的航空货运枢纽;强化陆路交通设施,支撑一轴三带的市域城镇发展格局;规划市域快轨提升核心城市的引领作用,支持都市区一体化发展;优化道路、公交、停车等布局要求,打造主城品质交通,落实以人为本的规划理念等不同层次的交通发展对策,为长江中游城市提供借鉴和参考。

To achieve the development goal as a sub-central city of Hunan Province and an important regional central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,it is necessary to improve the current situation of limited ports,bottlenecks of land transport,uncompetitive airports and inadequate urban transport facilities.Based on the resource background,opportunities,and challenges of Yueyang,it is proposed to build an important shipping centre,and a regional air cargo hub in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by taking advantage of the provincial capital to realize the integration of Yangtze River-Yueyang.The land transportation facilities is strengthened to support the urban development pattern of one axis and three belts,and urban high-speed rail is planed to enhance the leading role of core cities and support the integrated development of metropolitan areas.Also,the layout requirements of roads,buses and parking are optimized to create high-quality transportation in the main city and the people-oriented planning concept is implemented to provide a reference for the middle reaches of the Yangtze River cities.
