车轴防腐质量的改进研究

车轴防腐包括涂装防腐蚀及涂油防腐蚀两个方面。针对车轴涂装及存储过程中出现的油漆厚度不均匀、车轴磕碰、车轴锈蚀问题,分析其出现的原因,通过优化涂装工艺,增加防磕碰措施,改进涂油防护工艺,进而有效改进车轴的防腐质量。

Axle anti-corrosion includes coating anti-corrosion and oiling anti-corrosion.In view of the unevenpaint thickness,axle bumping,and axle rust problems that occurred during the coating and storage of the axles,thereasons for their occurrence were analyzed,the coating process was optimized,anti-bumping measures were added,and the oiling protection process was improved to effectively improve the anti-corrosion of the axle.
