摘要
本文通过对用人单位单方调岗行为相关劳动争议的分析,在对我国现行相关法律法规梳理的基础上,提出了建立用人单位单方调岗行为规则、设置规范的调岗程序等完善我国现有法律法规和规制用人单位单方调岗权的建议。
Based on the analysis of labor disputes related to the unilateral post transfer behavior of employers,the paper summarizes the relevant laws and regulations in China and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the existing laws and regulations and regulate employers’rights of unilateral post transfer.
