摘要
目的:探究首发精神分裂症患者外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p表达水平及临床意义。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年9月收治的50例首发精神分裂症患者为病例组,另招募同期30例健康体检者为对照组,采用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测外周血单核细胞miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p相对表达量,比较两组组外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p表达水平,采用Pearson相关分析法探究miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p水平与精神分裂症患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分相关性,绘制ROC曲线评价miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p相对表达量对精神分裂症诊断价值。结果:病例组外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p相对表达量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,患者外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p表达水平均与PANSS评分、SDSS评分呈正相关(P<0.05);外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p相对表达量及二者联合诊断精神分裂症的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.937、0.920、0.995。结论:首发精神分裂症患者外周血miR-92a-3p、miR-193a-3p表达水平上调,且与患者症状严重程度相关,二者联合检测对首发精神分裂症有较高诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in peripheral blood of first-episode schizophrenia.Method:A total of 50 first-episode schizophrenic patients from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the case group,and 30 healthy persons were recruited as the control group.The relative expression levels of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR),and the expression levels of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to detect the expression levels to investigate the correlation between the levels of mir-92a-3p and mir-193a-3p with the scores of positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) and social dysfunction screening scale (SDSS) of schizophrenic patients.ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the relative expression of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Result:The relative expression levels of peripheral blood miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in the case group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p were positively correlated with PANSS score and SDSS score (P<0.05),the relative expression levels of miR-92A-3p and miR-193a-3p in peripheral blood and the area under the ROC curve of their combined diagnosis of schizophrenia were 0.937,0.920 and 0.995,respectively.Conclusion:The expression levels of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p in peripheral blood of first-episode schizophrenic patients are up-regulated,and they are related to the severity of symptoms.The combined detection of miR-92a-3p and miR-193a-3p has high diagnostic value for first-episode schizophrenia.
