心理干预对改善青光眼手术患者生活质量的影响研究

The Effect of Psychological Intervention on Improving the Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Glaucoma Surgery

目的:研究心理干预对改善青光眼手术患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年8月笔者所在医院收治的青光眼手术患者60例,根据干预方式的不同将其分A组和B组,各30例。A组采用常规护理干预,B组在A组的基础上使用心理干预。对比两组术后恢复情况、心理状况、生活质量情况。结果:干预后B组视力高于A组,眼压低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后B组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于A组,生活质量各项评分及总分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能够促进青光眼手术患者术后恢复,改善心理状况,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of psychological intervention on improving the quality of life in patients undergoing glaucoma surgery.Method:From January 2019 to August 2020,60 glaucoma surgery patients in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to the different intervention methods,30 cases each.The group A used conventional nursing intervention,and the group B used psychological intervention on the basis of group A.The postoperative recovery,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the visual acuity in group B was higher than that in group A,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score in group B were lower than those in group A,the quality of life scores and total score in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can promote the recovery of glaucoma patients after surgery,improve their psychological conditions,and improve their quality of life.
