缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血的临床效果

Effect of Oxytocin Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:分析产后出血产妇采用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年2月入住笔者所在医院的产后出血产妇94例,对其资料予以回顾性分析,根据不同的治疗方式分为两组。对照组47例应用缩宫素实施治疗,研究组47例应用缩宫素联合米索前列醇实施治疗。对比两组患者的疗效,血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平,产后出血量及不良反应情况。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药后24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对产后出血产妇应用缩宫素联合米索前列醇实施治疗,产后出血获得快速的抑制,出血量减少,产妇血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平均明显改善,不良反应较少,疗效理想,可推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Method:A total of 94 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.47 cases in the control group were treated with Oxytocin,and 47 cases in the study group were treated with Oxytocin combined with Misoprostol.The curative effect,serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-8 levels,postpartum hemorrhage volume and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the level of inflammatory factors and the rate of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the amount of bleeding after 24 h of medication in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can rapidly inhibit postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-8,with less adverse reactions and ideal curative effect.
