摘要
目的:探究间歇超声雾化联合阿奇霉素序贯在小儿肺炎中的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年3月笔者所在医院收治的小儿肺炎124例,均接受常规治疗。随机将其分成两组,每组62例。对照组接受单一阿奇霉素序贯治疗,研究组接受间歇超声雾化联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、肺部功能和促炎因子水平。结果:与对照组比较,研究组的临床治疗效果明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,研究组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等促炎因子水平与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的IL-6、TNF-α等促炎因子水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用间歇超声雾化联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎可以明显改善患儿的肺部功能,进一步减少促炎因子的释放量,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of intermittent ultrasound atomization combined with sequential Azithromycin in children with pneumonia.Method:A total of 124 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected.All of them received routine treatment and were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 patients in each group.The control group received sequential treatment with single Azithromycin,while the study group received sequential treatment with intermittent ultrasonic atomization combined with sequential Azithromycin.The results of clinical treatment,pulmonary function and pro-inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly better (P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of pro-inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of pro-inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent ultrasonic atomization combined with sequential Azithromycin pediatric pneumonia can significantly improve the pulmonary function of children,further reduce the release of pro-inflammatory factors,and promote the clinical therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
