中药阴道灌洗联合干扰素对子宫颈HR-HPV持续感染的疗效

Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Vaginal Lavage Combined with Interferon on Persistent Cervical HR-HPV Infection

目的:探讨中药阴道灌洗联合干扰素对子宫颈HR-HPV持续感染的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年5月-2020年5月本院妇科门诊HR-HPV持续感染者59例。随机分为对照组(29例)和研究组(30例)。对照组每晚清水洗外阴后予重组人干扰素α-2b泡腾片阴道上药,研究组每晚中药煎水阴道灌洗后予重组人干扰素α-2b泡腾片阴道上药,1次/d,连续10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组HPV转阴率、液基细胞学检测系统(LCT)变化。结果:研究组HR-HPV转阴率为83.33%(25/30),高于对照组的55.17%(16/29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组细胞学升级率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的6.90%(2/29),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组细胞学降级率40.00%(12/30),高于对照组的13.79%(4/29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药阴道灌洗联合干扰素对清除子宫颈HR-HPV持续感染疗效确切,值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine vaginal lavage combined with interferon on persistent cervical HR-HPV infection.Method:A total of 59 cases of HR-HPV persistent infection were selected in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group (29 cases) and the study group (30 cases).The control group was given vaginal application of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Effervescent Tablets after washing vulva every night,while the study group was given vaginal application of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Effervescent Tablets after vaginal lavage with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine every night,1 time /d,a course of treatment for consecutive 10 d,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Observed the HPV negative conversion rate and LCT changes in the two groups.Result:The HR-HPV conversion rate in the study group was 83.33% (25/30),which was higher than that in the control group 55.17% (16/29),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The cytological upgrade rate of the study group was 3.33% (1/30),which was lower than 6.90% (2/29) of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The cytological degradation rate of the study group was 40.00% (12/30),which was higher than 13.79% (4/29) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine vaginal lavage combined with interferon has a definite effect on removing HR-HPV persistent infection of the cervix,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
