中药热奄包、艾灸联合康复训练对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响分析

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package and Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Training on the Rehabilitation of Patients of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:分析气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中药热奄包与艾灸联合治疗配合康复训练对其康复效果产生的影响。方法:选取2017年10月-2020年7月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的86例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方式的不同分成治疗组与对照组,对照组采用常规康复治疗联合康复训练,治疗组患者在对照组基础上接受中药热奄包与艾灸联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组VAS评分、JOA评分及中医证候评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分及中医证候积分均低于治疗前,JOA评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组VAS评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中药热奄包与艾灸联合治疗并配合康复训练可显著提升康复效果,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine hot package and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated in the author’s hospital from October 2017 to July 2020,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot package and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,VAS score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were lower than thsoe before treatment,and JOA score was higher than that before treatment,and VAS score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and JOA score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with moxibustion and rehabilitation training can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
