在全球化时代经济强国必定是海洋强国、航运强国。海洋与中华民族的命运有着密切的联系,近代以来危机从海上来,中国走向半殖民地半封建社会。中国共产党以为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴为初心使命,要实现人民幸福、民族复兴,必须认识海洋,走向海洋,经略海洋,建设海洋强国。中国共产党自成立之初,就深刻认识到了海洋的重要性,随着经济社会形势的发展,提出了许多有关海洋的思想。特别是党的十八大以来,习近平发表了建设海洋强国、“一带一路”倡议、海洋命运共同体等一系列重要论述。海洋强国是一种海洋国家观,海洋命运共同体是一种海洋世界观。中国共产党的百年海洋观对于建设海洋强国,参与全球海洋治理,构建海洋命运共同体具有重要的现实意义。

In the era of globalization,economic power must be a maritime power and shipping power.The sea is closely related to the fate of the Chinese nation.Since modern times,the crises have come from the sea,bringing China into the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society.The Communist Party of China considers seeking happiness for the people and rejuvenation for the nation as its initial mission.In order to realize the people’s happiness and national rejuvenation,we must know the ocean,go to the ocean,experience the ocean and build a powerful marine power.Since its founding,the CPC has deeply realized the importance of the sea.With the development of economic and social situation,many thoughts about the sea have been put forward.Especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has issued a series of important expositions on building a maritime power,the“Belt and Road”initiative,and a community of maritime destiny.Marine power is a kind of marine state view,and the community of marine destiny is a kind of ocean world view.The CPC’s centennial views on oceans is of great practical significance to the construction of a powerful marine power,participation in global marine governance,and the construction of a community of shared marine destiny.
