中国共产党100年推进中华民族共同体建设的云南实践与经验

The CPC’Practice in Yunnan for Promoting the Construction of the Community of Chinese Nation in the Past 100 Years

在党的民族政策指引下,从新民主主义革命,社会主义革命和建设、改革开放到社会主义建设新时代,云南始终重视并推动民族关系、民族政治和民族经济、民族文化全面系统发展,取得民族团结、宗教和顺、经济发展和边疆社会稳定的成效,被誉为民族工作的“云南现象”,为中华民族共同体建设奠定坚实的基础。本文回顾分析中国共产党成立100年来,在党的坚强领导下,云南在构建“平等团结”民族关系到建设“民族团结进步示范区”的民族工作进程中,超越族际差异建构新型民族关系、超越族际差异建构共有文化认同,超越族际差异保障平等政治权利和超越族际差异迈向共同富裕目标的实践探索,形成民族命运共同体、民族政治共同体、民族经济共同体和民族文化共同体“四位一体”建设的云南经验,为进一步铸牢中华民族共同体意识,推进中华民族共同体建设提供实践支持。

Under the guidance of the Party’s ethnic policy,from the new democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the new era since the reform and opening up to the new era of socialist construction,Yunnan has always attached importance to and promoted the comprehensive and systematic development of ethnic relations,ethnic politics,ethnic economy,and ethnic culture,and has achieved the results of ethnic unity,religious harmony,economic development,and frontier social stability.It is known as the“Yunnan phenomenon”of ethnic work and has laid a solid foundation for the construction of the community of Chinese nation.This paper combs the development and evolution of the construction of the Chinese national community in Yunnan since the founding of CPC,and reviews the main methods applied and its internal logic.Finally,it proposes a“four-in-one”mode of construction with new ethnic relations,common culture,political participation and common prosperity as the goal that transcends inter-ethnicity to carry out the building of the Community of Chinese nation in Yunnan Province.
