供应商的评价与选择已成为制造企业提高竞争优势的关键 ,在评价供应商时 ,一般从质量、价格和交货期等方面进行考察 ,但质量要素是首要的。该文从质量的角度出发 ,探讨了采用动态的 (管理图方法 )与全局的 (损失度法 )方法评价供应商问题 ,具有一定的实用性 ,为一些企业选择供应商提供了参考。

Supplier evaluation and selection is the key to success for enterprises to increase their competence. Generally speaking,in order to evaluate the level of an enterprise,three factors such as quality, price and deliver period should be considered, and the quality factor is the most important. This paper presents the dynamic (management chart) and the whole (loss degree) method for selecting supplier from quality angle, which is practical and helpful for some enterprises to choose their suppliers.
