摘要 铁路交流牵引电机工作环境复杂恶劣,故障发生率相对较高,其故障诊断技术是提高机车车辆可靠性和安全性的关键技术之一。总结牵引电机常见故障类型,明确轴承故障与定子绝缘故障是牵引电机的2种主要故障类型,着重分析牵引电机绝缘和轴承故障诊断理论与应用成果,并基于实际应用情况和相关技术发展趋势,提出交流牵引电机故障诊断技术的发展方向。 The working environment of railway AC traction motor is complex and harsh,and the fault occurrence rate is relatively high.Its fault diagnosis technology is one of the key technologies to improve the reliability and safety of rolling stock.In this paper,the common fault types of traction motor are summarized,the bearing fault and stator insulation fault are defined as two main fault types of traction motor,the theory and application results of insulation and bearing fault diagnosis of traction motor are analyzed,and the development trend of AC traction motor fault diagnosis technology is put forward based on the actual application situation and relevant technical development trend.
