摘要 对“三位一体,一专多能”高职学前教育人才培养模式改革与实践进行探究。高职学前教育人才培养模式的构成要素主要包括科学的人才培养目标、产学研结合的教学方式、技能导向的课程体系、多元务实的评价体系。分析了高职学前教育“做学教三位一体”的实践性内涵及理序。先“做”的目的是让学生发现通过自主学习就能掌握的内容以及不能掌握的内容,对后“学”和再“教”的作用进行发掘。先“学”的目的是让学生清楚了解自己能学到多少内容,后“学”是引导学生对之前不会“做”的内容再进行自主学习。对于学生尚未涉猎的专业领域知识,先“教”是非常必要的,后“教”的目的是教师针对学生自学过程中没有掌握的内容进行教学。高职学前教育专业人才培养目标缺乏前瞻性,课程体系缺少实践性,教学方式缺乏创新性,评估评价体系单一。提出了“三位一体,一专多能”的人才培养模式:重新定位培养目标,重构课程体系,注重实践能力培养,改进评估评价体系,使学生获得一技之长和多种技能。 The research explores the reform and practice of talent training mode of“Trinity,and Being Good at Many Things and Expert in One”of the higher vocational preschool education.The constitution elements of the higher vocational preschool education mainly include the scientific talent training aim,the industry-learning-research teaching method,the course system oriented by the skill and the multi-element and practical evaluation system.The research analyzes the practical connotation and order of“doing-learning-teaching trinity”in the higher vocational preschool education.The aim of“doing”is to make students find the grasping content during independent study,and explore the function of“learning”then and“teaching”then.The aim of“learning”first is to make students clearly understand the contents they can learn,and the“learning”then can guide students to independently study the contents they can’t do.For the professional fields which students are not familiar with,it is necessary to“teach”first.The target of“teaching”then is that teachers teach the contents that students can’t be grasped during self-study.The objective of personnel cultivation of higher vocational preschool education lacks foresight.The course system lack practice,teaching methods lack innovation,and the evaluation system is simple.The talent training mode of“Trinity,and Being Good at Many Things and Expert in One”is proposed,i.e.to relocate training objective,reconstruct course system,pay attention to practical ability training,and improve evaluation system in order to make students obtain professional and multiple skill.
