摘要
以青海民族大学为例,对已就业的民族院校毕业生开展职业发展状况调研。调研反映出毕业生存在就业形势分析与政策解读不到位,普适性技能水平有待提高,就业区域选择过于集中,进入体制内工作意向过于强烈等问题。提出加强就业形势与政策解读,提高毕业生普适性技能水平,疏堵并举引导学生理性择业等应对措施,提升毕业生的就业能力。
Through taking Qinghai Nationalities College as an example,the research investigates the vocational development status of nationalities college graduates who have already been under employment.The investigation reflects some problems,such as the insufficient employment situation analysis and policy interpretation,not high universality technological level,the concentration of employment area selection,and the intensity of system entrance intention.It is suggested to strengthen employment situation and policy interpretation,improve the graduate universality skill level,and guide students to rational career choice,in order to improve graduate employment ability.
