摘要 以农户为主体,对贵州农村电商人才培养策略进行探究,介绍了其价值与意义。培养策略主要包括优化人才培训方案,完善课程体系;构建线上技能培训平台,实现“技术指导+项目跟踪”一体化管理模式;构建多元化的人才培养模式,政校企多方资源共享;加大人才引进力度,构建电商人才库。新的课程体系应充分考虑到目前农户的实际情况及当地农村电子商务开展的情况,提供更具针对性的培训课程。农户可选择自己的实际经营品类进行实战,电商专家要定期对该实战项目进行跟踪指导,提出优化建议。当地政府可与地方行业协会、知名电商企业进行合作,企业可在政府的指导下带领电商农户进行项目实战。用一系列优惠政策吸引优秀的电商人才和电商企业家到贵州发展,加大对以农户为主体的本土电商人才的培养力度。 The research explores the training strategy of rural e-commerce talents in Guizhou through taking farmers as the mainstay,and introduces its value and significance.The training strategies mainly include optimizing talent training scheme,perfecting curriculum system;constructing online skill training platform,realizing the integration management mode of“technology guidance+project trace”;constructing multiple talent training mode,sharing school-government-enterprise resources;enhancing talent introduction,and constructing e-commerce talent database.In the construction of new curriculum system,we should fully consider the practical situation of the farmers and the development situation of rural e-commerce,and provide more targeted training course.Farmers can select the practical running species,and e-commerce specialists should trace and guide the practical project regularly,and propose optimization suggestions.Local government can cooperate with local industry associations and well-known e-commerce enterprises.Enterprises can guide e-commerce farmers to practice the project.A series of preferential policy can be promoted to attract e-commerce talent and enterprises.And the training can be strengthened to rural e-commerce talents through taking farmers as the mainstay.
