摘要
对应用型民办高校青年教师理想信念教育路径进行探索。造成青年教师理想信念缺失的原因主要有以下几方面:来自社会多元化的冲击,高校对理想信念教育不够重视,教师个体心理素质不足。分析了应用型民办高校青年教师理想信念教育意义,这是实现中国梦、社会主义核心价值观和教师成长的基础。从实践角度出发,找到有效的应用型民办高校青年教师理想信念建设途径:增强价值认同感,把握切入角度,丰富理想信念教育体系,创新理想信念教育平台,形成长期发展。要进一步加强高校青年教师的思想教育建设,促进我国教育事业的长期发展,实现高校青年教师的个人理想及人生价值。
The research explores the ideal and belief education pathway of young teachers in the applied private higher leaning institution.The causes of the lack of ideal and faith of young teachers represent in the following aspects,the diversified shock from the society,the lack of attention of ideal and belief education in the college,and the insufficient psychological quality of the teachers.The research analyzes the education significance of ideal and belief education of young teachers in the applied private higher learning institution,which is the basis of the realization of the Chinese Dream,socialist core values and the development of the teachers.From the perspective of practice,the effective ideal and belief construction pathway of young teachers in the applied private higher learning institution is found,i.e.to strengthen the sense of identity,the grasp of cut-in angle,enrich ideal and belief education system,innovate ideal and belief education platform,and form long-term development.It is suggested to further strengthen the ideal education construction of the young teachers in the applied private higher learning institution,promote the long-term development of education career in China,and realize the personal ideal and value of life of the young teachers in the college.
