临床医学专业本科生创新能力培养体系的构建和实践分析 被引量:2

摘要 对临床医学专业本科生创新能力培养体系的构建和实践进行分析,找出了其中存在的问题:有些医学院校没有将创新意识融入到教学体系中,学生学习任务繁重,对学生的评价大部分是以分数作为唯一的考核标准,学生习惯了用固有思维进行学习。提出了创新能力培养体系构建和实践的有效策略:以基础知识点为目的对人体基本形态、结构、正常生理功能进行研究,梳理临床发病原因、发病机制、临床症状和诊断标准,将基础学科与临床学科的主要内容充分融合。选出两名优秀教师分别负责对学生进行基础科研教学和临床专业教学,体现出因材施教的教学原则。打破原有的教学方式和评价机制,给予学生更多探索新事物和新方法的空间,对学生提出的不同见解和观点给予支持。教师应具备良好的创新意识,不断创新教学模式,灵活转变教学方法,将创新精神贯穿到每一个教学环节中。 The research analyzes the construction and practice of innovation ability training system of the undergraduates of clinical medicine major,and finds out the problems,i.e.some medical colleges haven’t integrated innovation consciousness into teaching system.Students burden learning tasks.In the evaluation of students,we mostly take the score as the only assessment criterion,so students are used to think and study inherently.Effective strategies of the construction and practice of innovation ability training system are proposed,i.e.to research the grown form,structure and normal physiological function of the human body through taking basic knowledge as the target,summarize clinical etiological agent,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and diagnostic criteria,and fully integrate the main contents of basic and clinical discipline.The selection of two excellent teachers being responsible for student basic scientific and research teaching,and clinical major teaching respectively reflects the teaching principle of teaching students in accordance of their aptitudes.It is suggested to break original teaching method and evaluation mechanism,leave students with more exploration space for new matters and methods,and support student’s different understandings and opinions.Teachers should be qualified with good innovation consciousness,continuously innovate teaching model,flexibly transfer teaching method,and penetrate innovation spirit into all teaching links.
