探讨了高校财务管理专业学生创新创业能力培养策略。论述了创新创业人才应具备扎实的专业基础、广博的学识、发散性思维及想象力、有效的执行力等基本素质。提出了高校财务管理专业学生创新创业能力培养策略,应合理设置课程教学体系,鼓励学生进行有效阅读,开展多元化的教学模式,增加学生的社会实践经验,进而提升学生的创新创业能力。开展高校财务管理专业学生创新创业能力培养,能够提升学生创新创业实践技能,积累丰富经验,提高创业成功率,实现有效的人才输出。

The research explores the training strategy of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students of Financial Management Major of the college,discusses that the innovation and entrepreneurship talents should be qualified with the basic quality,i.e.the professional basis,large knowledge,divergent thinking and thinking ability,and effective executive force,etc.Innovation and entrepreneurship ability training strategy of the students of Financial Management Major of the college is proposed,i.e.to rationally allocate course teaching system,encourage student to read effectively,develop diversified teaching mode,increase student social practical experience,and improve student innovation entrepreneurship ability.The development of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training of the students of Financial Management Major of the college can improve student innovation and entrepreneurship practical skill,accumulate rich experience,improve the success rate of the entrepreneurship,and achieve effective talent output.
