探讨了高校教学管理效率的提升路径。针对当前高校教学管理存在的教学管理队伍不稳定、教学管理人员素质较低等问题,提出了高校教学管理效率提升的有效路径,要更新教学管理理念,树立以生为本的管理理念和现代化的教学观念;创新教学管理方法,完善激励制度并加强管理的信息化程度;强化教学管理者素质;完善教学管理过程。提升高校教学管理效率,能够保障高校教学管理的科学、有序运行,增强高校的影响力与竞争力,助力培养学生成为高素质创新型人才。

The research explores the improvement pathway of college teaching management.There are some problems in college teaching management recently,i.e.the unstable teaching management staff,and low quality of teaching management staff.The effective path of the efficiency improvement of the college teaching management is proposed,i.e.to innovate teaching management concept,establish the management concept and modernization teaching concept oriented by the students;innovate teaching management method,perfect mechanism system and strengthen the management informationization degree;strengthen the quality of teaching managers;and perfect teaching management process.The efficiency improvement of college teaching management can guarantee the scientific and orderly operation of college teaching management,increase the college influence and competitiveness,and help to train students to become the high-quality innovative talents.
