高校工会对青年教师诉求的回应质量研究

对高校工会对青年教师诉求的回应质量进行研究,发现了青年教师对工会的诉求特点:更倾向于个人生活和发展,渴望参与学校的民主管理和监督,要求工会回应更具时效化和多样化。高校工会对青年教师生活和工作的参与感不强,诉求回应效率不高,回应效果不理想。提出了提高工会对青年教师诉求回应质量的思路:深入参与青年教师的生活,强化工会组织的监督职能,构建多种交流沟通和反馈渠道。了解青年教师的思想动态,积极组织集体活动。要保证工会政务公开、职权明细清晰、信息通畅,提高管理效率,实现工会内部机构的高效运转。要开通高校工会组织的官方公众号或其他新媒体平台,将工会组织的工作信息及时公布。要接受青年教师对工会工作及高校其他事务的反馈和建议,实现工会组织对青年教师诉求回应的即时性和有效性。

The research explores the response quality of the labor union of the college on the appeal from young teachers,and finds the appeal characteristics of young teachers on the labor union,i.e.the prone to individual life and development,the desire of participation in the democratic management and supervision of the school,and the requirement of the aging and diversification on the labor union response.Labor union of the college has weak participation in the life and work of young teachers,the appeal response efficiency is not high,and the response effect is not ideal.The thinking of the improvement of the response quality of the labor union of the college on the appeal from young teachers is proposed,i.e.to deeply participate in the life of young teachers,intensify the supervision function of the labor union organization,and construct multiple communication and feedback channels.Labor union organization in the college should know the thinking dynamic condition of young teachers,actively organize collective activity.It is suggested to guarantee the government affairs public,the detailed and clear function and power,and clear information of the labor union;improve management efficiency,and achieve the efficient functioning of the internal organization of the labor union.It is also suggested to open the official accounts or other new media platform organized by the labor union of the college,timely publish the working information,and receive the feedback and suggestions of young teachers on the work of the labor union and other affairs of the college,in order to achieve the real-time and efficiency of labor union organization on the response of the appeal from the young teachers.
