An exploration on ways of training talents of BIM technology application in construction engineering management in higher vocational education under the background of BIM

近年来,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑行业得到广泛应用。建设工程管理专业BIM教学团队与企业密切合作,探索在基本不修改专业人才培养方案的前提下以学习兴趣小组形式开展协同育人,发挥教学团队丰富的工程实践经验和特区地域优势,培养贴近社会需求的技术技能人才,做到学校、企业和学生三赢,在创新建设工程管理BIM技术应用人才培养途径方面做了有益的尝试,取得较好成效。

In recent years,building information modeling(BIM)technology has been widely used in the construction industry.The BIM teaching team,majored in construction engineering management,worked closely with enterprises for exploration of carrying out the collaborative education in the form of learning interest groups under the premise of basically not modifying the professional talent training program.The teaching team gave full play to its rich engineering experiences and the regional advantages of the special zone,cultivated technical and skilled talents close to social needs,and achieved triple win for the school,the enterprises and the students.A beneficial attempt to innovate the way of training talents has been made in the construction engineering management BIM technology application and has achieved good results.
