摘要
试验研究了河北规模猪场生长肥育猪猪舍内空气主要污染物浓度的季节变化规律。试验在2019年1—11月进行,每单月定期在猪舍内进行空气采样并检测舍内温湿度情况。试验结果表明,舍内湿度各检测时间均在50%以上,同时大部分月份的温度在推荐的温度范围之外(13~27℃);空气污染物方面,舍内1月份和11月份的二氧化碳浓度显著高于5月份(P<0.05),舍内1月份的氨气浓度显著高于7月份和9月份(P<0.05),同时舍内1月份的硫化氢浓度显著高于9月份(P<0.05),各取样时间舍内空气中微生物总数无显著差异。冬季舍内的空气污染物普遍高于夏季,因此,在冬季应加强舍内空气质量监测,以利于猪只生产性能的发挥。
The trial studied the seasonal principle of air pollutants in Hebei mega swine farm.It lasted from January to November in 2019,the air samples were collected every two months from January thereafter and the temperature and humidity was also recorded at the sampling points.The results showed that the humidity was above 50%during the whole year and the temperature in the barn was beyond recommended 13-27℃most of the sampling time.The concentration of carbon dioxide in January and November was significantly above that of May(P<0.05),and the concentration of ammonia gas in January was significantly above that of July and September(P<0.05).While the concentration of sulfuretted hydrogen in January was significantly above that of September(P<0.05).The total bacteria count in the air showed no significant difference among the whole sampling points.In all,the air pollutants in winter is higher than that of summer.Therefore,it is utter important for mega swine farm to monitor the air quality closely in winter to better achieve the potential performance of swine.
