竹炭改性及其强化生物可降解复合材料研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 竹炭是竹子高温热解的产物,通常被用作燃烧、吸附和电极等材料。它独特的多孔形貌、高比表面积、高弹高强的力学性能使其在增强体材料中应用潜力巨大。梳理了竹炭的制备方法、基本特性及表面改性进展,介绍了竹炭作为增强体在聚酯(尤其是聚乳酸)复合材料中的研究进展,分析了竹炭从制备、改性到应用过程中存在的具体问题。基于此,提出了对增强体竹炭研究的一些建议,以期为其高值化利用提供参考。 Bamboo char is derived from bamboo through high-temperature pyrolysis,and is usually used as a material for combustion,adsorption,and electrodes.Its unique porous morphology,high specific surface area,excellent elasticity and strength in mechanical properties make it has great application potential in reinforcement materials.Preparation methods,basic characteristics and surface modification of bamboo char were combed.Research progress of bamboo char as a reinforcement in polyester composites(especially polylactic acid)were introduced.Specific problems and deficiencies of bamboo char from aspect of preparation,modification to application were analyzed.Based on this,some suggestions for further research of bamboo char were raised in order to provide reference for adding its high-value utilization.
