摘要 为解决丘陵山区玉米收获机械化问题,通过理论计算、仿真分析,研究了不分行低倾角低损玉米摘穗、输送和剥皮等技术,设计了新型割台、摘穗装置、输送器和剥皮机等装置,阐述了联合收获机四轮驱动装置的基本组成及应用,集成开发并加工了试验整机。田间收获试验结果表明,样机适应性和作业性能较好,能够满足丘陵山区玉米种植、收获要求。 In order to solve problem of mechanized harvest of corn in hilly areas,through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,technology of ear picking,transportation and husking of corn with low dip angle and low loss without branching was studied,a new type of cutting station,picking equipment,conveyor and husking machine were designed,basic composition and application of four wheel drive device of combine harvester were described,and prototype machine was developed and manufactured.Field harvest experiment was carried out,results showed that prototype has good adaptability and performance,and could meet requirements of maize planting and harvesting in hilly areas.
