炼油废水深度生物处理技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着原油劣质化和环保标准的日益严格,原有的炼油废水处理技术面临着很多亟待解决的问题,特别是二级生化系统出水仍含有难降解物质、氮、磷、有毒有害污染物等,为总氮、总磷等的提标排放增加了处理难度。对生化法深度处理炼油废水技术进行了综述,介绍了曝气生物滤池、生物活性炭、膜生物反应器、移动床生物膜反应器、旋流自转强化废水生物脱氮和流态化复合载体高效生化处理等技术的研究进展及应用现状,并对炼油污水生物深度处理技术的发展方向进行了展望。 With the deterioration of crude oil and increasingly stringent environmental protection standards,the original refinery wastewater treatment system has encountered many urgent problems,especially the emission standards for total nitrogen and total phosphorus lead to increasingly difficulty in the treatment of produced water by secondary biochemical system,in that it still contains refractory substances,nitrogen,phosphorus,toxic and harmful pollutants.Technology of advanced treatment of oil refinery wastewater by biochemical methods has been reviewed.The research and application status of biological aerated filter,biological activated carbon,membrane biofilm reactor,moving bed biofilm reactor,hydrocyclone-enhanced anoxic-oxic process and fluidized carrier biofilm processhas been introduced.The prospective and development tendency of advanced treatment of refinery wastewater has also been proposed.
