摘要
随着科技的不断创新,食品检测技术正由传统的化学、物理检测转变为精密化、智能化检测,现代仪器分析技术得以广泛应用。本文章阐述了食品安全检测的现状及现代仪器分析技术的特点,并从光学分析法、质谱分析法、电化学分析法和色谱分析4个方面,探讨了现代仪器分析技术在食品安全检测中的实践应用及质量控制。
With the continuous innovation of Science and technology, food detection technology is changing from traditional chemical and physical detection to precision and intelligent detection, modern instrumental analysis technology has been widely used. In this paper, the present situation of food safety detection and the characteristics of modern instrumental analysis technology are described, and from four aspects of spectral analysis, mass spectrometry, electrochemical analysis method and chromatographic analysis, the application and quality control of modern instrumental analysis technology in food safety detection were discussed.
