摘要
《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760—2014)中规定了某些食品不得含有食品添加剂苯甲酸,但在日常抽检中往往会检出少量苯甲酸。经过调查,苯甲酸实际不是人为添加,而是食品本身的本底值,这对检验结果造成了干扰。本实验旨在对江门地区食品中的苯甲酸进行检测,对检测结果进行分析,以期通过科学的手段对检验结果进行综合判定,预防错判、误判的发生,从而对食品安全进行有效地监督。
GB 2760—2014 stipulates that certain foods must not contain the food additive benzoic acid, but a small amount of benzoic acid is often detected in daily random inspections. After investigation, benzoic acid was actually not added artificially, but the background value of the food itself, which interfered with the test results. The purpose of this experiment is to detect benzoic acid in food in Jiangmen area and analyze the test results, in order to comprehensively determine the test results through scientific means, prevent the occurrence of misjudgments and misjudgments, and effectively supervise food safety.
