摘要
研究银制餐具中重金属迁移量对小鼠的急性毒性,考察银制餐具中重金属迁移安全风险及使用安全性。银制餐具中As、Pb、Cd的迁移量未检出,Ag迁移量为0.451 3 mg·kg^(-1),远低于GB 4806.9—2016中的限量指标。以银溶液(0.45 mg·L^(-1))和银制餐具浸泡液分别对小鼠进行经口灌胃试验,小鼠未出现急性毒性中毒反应,使用银质餐具对人体的健康产生的风险较低。
The acute toxicity of heavy metal migration in silver tableware to mice was studied, and the safety risk of heavy metal migration in silver tableware and the safety of use were investigated. The migration amount of As, Pb, and Cd in silver tableware was not detected, and the migration amount of Ag was 0.451 3 mg·kg^(-1), which was far lower than the limit index in GB 4806.9—2016. The silver solution(0.45 mg·L^(-1)) and silver tableware soaking liquid were used for oral gavage tests on mice. There was no acute toxic poisoning reaction in the mice, and the use of silver tableware has a lower risk to human health.
