摘要
为快速测定纯牛奶中矿物质元素的含量,建立了采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法直接测定纯牛奶中常见的营养元素钙、钾、镁指标的方法,并与微波消解法、湿法消解法两种前处理方法得出的结果进行对比。研究表明,两种前处理方法与直接测定法得出的钙、钾、镁3种元素的结果无显著差异。对钙、钾、镁3种元素直接测定法的标准曲线线性、检出限、精密度和准确度考察显示,3种元素的线性相关系数达到0.999以上,方法检出限在0.060 7~0.287 0 mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差均低于1%,回收率均在94.7%~104.0%。直接测定法快速、环保、便捷及高效,可用于测定纯牛奶中的元素含量。
In order to quickly determine the content of mineral elements in pure milk, a method for directly determining the common nutritional elements calcium, potassium, and magnesium in pure milk using ICP-OES was established, and it was combined with microwave digestion and wet digestion. Compare the results obtained by the method. Studies have shown that there is no significant difference between the results of calcium, potassium, and magnesium obtained by the two pretreatment methods and the direct measurement method. The linearity, detection limit, precision and accuracy of the standard curve of the direct determination method for calcium, potassium and magnesium showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the three elements reached more than 0.999. The detection limits of the method are all 0.060 7~0.287 0 mg·L^(-1), respectively. The relative standard deviations are all less than 1%, and the recoveries are all 94.7%~104.0%. The direct determination method is rapid, environmental friendly, convenient and efficient, and can be used to determine the elements in pure milk.
