摘要 目的:了解兰州市螺类水产品中4种致病性弧菌的污染水平,为更好地预防和控制食源性疾病提供数据支持。方法:2019年采用随机抽样的方法收集兰州市螺类水产品样品175份,参照《国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册》中弧菌的检测方法进行检测,对副溶血性弧菌荧光定量PCR检测毒力基因tdh,trh,tlh并对霍乱弧菌进行了血清学分型。结果:175份螺类水产品中,致病性弧菌检出率为51.42%。其中溶藻弧菌检出53株,检出率为30.29%;副溶血性弧菌检出22株,检出率为12.57%;霍乱弧菌检出9株,检出率为5.14%;创伤弧菌检出6株,检出率为3.43%,副溶血性弧菌毒力基因检测结果显示,所有tlh基因均为阳性,而tdh、trh基因均为阴性;霍乱弧菌均为非O1/O139群。结论:兰州市螺类水产品中4致病性弧菌污染较为普遍,尤其副溶血性弧菌和溶藻弧菌污染率较高,必须加强对螺类水产品的市场监管工作,减少食源性疾病的发生。 Objective: To investigate the contamination status of four pathogenic vibrio strains in gastropod aquatic products in Lanzhou, and to provide scientific basis for better prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods: A total of 175 samples of gastropod aquatic products were collected by random sampling in Lanzhou in 2019. The Vibrio cholerae was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR for the detection of virulence genes TDH, Tr H and TLH of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in accordance with the detection methods of Vibrio in the National Manual of Surveillance of Foodborne Pathogens. Results: The detection rate of pathogenic vibrio in 175 gastropod aquatic products was 51.42%. Among them, 53 strains of Vibrio alginolyticus were detected, and the detection rate was 30.29%. 22 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected, and the detection rate was 12.57%. 9 strains of Vibrio cholerae were detected, and the detection rate was 5.14%. Six strains of Vibrio vulnificus were detected, and the detection rate was3.43%. Virulence gene test results of Vibrio parahaemolyticus showed that all TLH were positive, while TDH and TRH were negative. All Vibrio cholerae were non-O1/O139 group. Conclusion: The contamination of 4 pathogenic Vibrio in gastropod aquatic products is common in Lanzhou, especially the contamination rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio alginolyticus is high. It is necessary to strengthen the market supervision of gastropod aquatic products to reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
