摘要
目的:为提高食品安全承检机构检验检测水平,进行米粉中金黄色葡萄球菌定量检测盲样考核。方法:本次盲样考核测评,提供2个浓度水平的金黄色葡萄球菌样品各1瓶,编号分别为MDJP036和MDJP007。按照盲样考核作业指导书以及GB 4789.10—2010中的Baird-Parker平板计数法开展检测。结果:样品编号为MDJP036中金黄色葡萄球菌的浓度为8.0×10^(4) CFU·g^(-1),样品编号为MDJP007中金黄色葡萄球菌的浓度为8.1×10^(3) CFU·g^(-1)。结论:盲样考核获得了满意结果,通过考核可以提高实验室在日常检验中对金黄色葡萄球菌的辨识能力和检测水平。
Purpose: In order to improve the level of inspection and testing by food safety inspection agencies, conduct a blind sample assessment for the quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus in rice noodles. Method: In this blind sample assessment, one bottle of Staphylococcus aureus samples at two concentration levels were provided, and the numbers were MDJP036 and MDJP007 respectively. Carry out the test according to the blind sample assessment work instruction and the baird-parker plate counting method in GB 4789.10—2010. Results: The concentration of Staphylococcus aureus in the sample number MDJP036 was 8.0×10^(4) CFU·g^(-1), and the concentration of the sample number MDJP007 was 8.1×10^(3) CFU·g^(-1). Conclusion: The blind sample test has obtained satisfactory results. Passing the test can improve the laboratory’s identification ability and detection level of Staphylococcus aureus in daily inspection.
