摘要
采用气相色谱法测定食用油中的抗氧化剂含量。结果表明,BHT、BHA、TBHQ标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.999 94、0.999 96、0.998 61,标准要求标曲相关系数≥0.995,符合要求。本实验测定回收率为91.3%~109.4%,符合要求,检出限符合要求。采用气相色谱法对植物油中的抗氧化剂BHT、BHA、TBHQ进行测定,方法灵敏度高、回收率高、检出限低,能够准确测定出食用油中抗氧化剂的含量。
The content of antioxidants in edible oil was determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves of BHT, BHA and TBHQ were 0.999 94, 0.999 96, 0.998 61, respectively. The standard requires that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is≥ 0.995, which meets the requirements. The recovery rate of this experiment is 91.3%~ 109.4%, which meets the requirements, and the detection limit meets the requirements. Gas chromatography is used to determine the antioxidants BHT, BHA, and TBHQ in vegetable oil. The method has high sensitivity, high recovery rate and low detection limit, and can accurately determine the antioxidant content in edible oil.
