摘要
Verso是芬兰继KiVa之后的全国性反欺凌项目的新发展,主要目的是在学生内部预防和处理校园欺凌事件。该项目的主要特色是“调解性会议”的运用,通过培养同伴调解员、开展学生内部协调会议、教师有限性参与等方法将问题解决过程转化为学生的自主学习机会,同时也帮助学生建立起平等尊重的人际关系,掌握倾听和沟通的技巧。Verso项目中反欺凌同伴调解小组、专项课程开发、举行内部协调会议以及增强教师权威性等核心与特点,对于我国解决校园欺凌事件具有积极的借鉴和启示作用。
Verso is a new development of Finland’s national anti-bullying project after KiVa. The main feature of the project lies in the use of"mediation meetings". Through methods such as cultivating peer mediators,conducting internal coordination meetings among students,and limited teacher participation,the problem-solving process is transformed into students’ independent learning opportunities.The core of the anti-bullying peer mediation team,the development of special courses,the holding of internal coordination meetings,and the enhancement of teacher authority in the Verso project have positive references and implications for China to solve campus bullying incidents.
