摘要
对2017年新的《中国人民解放军文职人员条例》颁布实施以后军队院校文职教员队伍现状进行汇总,并针对存在的问题和不足提出对策建议。
This paper summarizes the current situation of the civilian teaching staff in military colleges and universities after the promulgation and implementation of the new Civil Service regulations of the Chinese people’s Liberation Army in 2017,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems and shortcomings.
