多角度融合的食品冷冻冷藏原理与技术课程教学探索

摘要 就食品冷冻冷藏原理与技术课程教学理论性和实践应用性较强的特点,进行传统教学模式改革,通过注重课堂教学与生活实例结合、与科研热点结合,并增加课堂分组讨论交流等多角度融合为一体的教学方式,体现以学生为中心的理念,激发学生探究问题的欲望,增强学生的创新思维能力。多角度融合的课程模式发挥了积极的作用。 This article focused on the reform of the traditional teaching model on characteristics of theoretical and practical application of the course of Food Freezing and Refrigeration Principles and Technical.Through multi-angle integration teaching method including of combining classroom teaching with practical examples,combining with scientific research hotspots and adding group discussion,the student-centered concept was embodied,the students’desire toexplore problems were stimulated and the students’creative thinkingability were enhanced.The curriculum mode of multi angle integration had played a positive role.
