In order to comprehensively enhance the risk management level of urban power grids during the implementation of major scheduled maintenances and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids,based on the principles of comprehensive coverage,professional coordination,clear responsibility and closedloop implementation,and by the whole process control of prior planning,in-process management and afterwards summary,a risk management mechanism of multi-disciplinary and in-depth collaboration is established.
