煤仓清堵装置控制回路的设计缺陷及改进

摘要 介绍了某电厂原煤仓清堵装置控制回路运行中存在的缺陷和电气故障现象,分析了异常产生的原因,提出了原煤仓清堵装置控制回路改进的具体方案和完善措施。改进后效果良好、效益显著,为给煤系统稳定运行和机组安全稳定提供了保障。 This paper introduces the electrical defects and faults in the operation of the control circuit of the raw coal bunker blockage removing device in a power plant,analyzes the causes of the abnormalities,and puts forward a specific scheme and measures for control circuit improvement.The improvements have resulted in good effectiveness and significant benefits,which in turn provides guarantee for the safe and stable operation of coal feeding system of the boiler and the power unit.
