班组自主安全管理能力提升活动是基层一线班组针对当前作业任务、某项固定作业或近期安全风险管控重点,结合班前会、班组安全活动两种形式开展,班组成员全员参与,主动识别安全风险,制定防控措施,并通过"手指口述"方式强化记忆,有效提升员工安全生产意识和风险防控能力的一种班组安全活动方法。

The team’s independent safety management competency enhancement activity is a kind of safety activity,which takes current tasks,certain fixed operation or recent safety risk control as focus,proceeds in two forms of briefing and shift safety activities,with full participation of team members,active identification of safety risks and preparation of prevention and control measures,and strengthens the memory through the"finger pointing&oral dictation"to effectively improve the safety production awareness and risk control ability.
