摘要
简要归纳总结了Ⅱ类超晶格材料的生长、器件制备方法以及最近新型Ⅱ类超晶格材料体系的演化。Ⅱ类超晶格理论和工艺技术不断取得进步和完善并呈现出材料体系多样化和更高的性能。虽然目前及今后较长时间内HgCdTe技术仍然是市场主流,但是Ⅱ类超晶格技术在整体系统性能和成本上可以挑战HgCdTe,Ⅱ类超晶格技术将在红外应用领域全方位替代HgCdTe技术的优势已经越来越清晰。
The growth of type-Ⅱsuperlattice materials,the device preparation methods and the recent evolution of new type-Ⅱsuperlattice materials systems are briefly summarized.type-Ⅱsuperlattices theory and process technology have been continuously improved,presenting diversified material systems and higher performance.Although HgCdTe technology is still the market mainstream at present and for a long time to come,type-Ⅱsuperlattice technology can challenge HgCdTe in terms of overall system performance and cost.The advantages of type-Ⅱsuperlattice technology in comprehensively replacing HgCdTe technology in the field of infrared application have become increasingly clear.
