摘要
面对近年来小概率高风险的外部灾害侵袭,短时间内对主动配电网进行重构,保障关键负荷的可靠供电,避免灾害进一步扩大尤为重要。针对分布式电源(DG)高渗透率下的配电网提出一种基于孤岛划分和剩余网络重构的快速重构方法。孤岛划分计及配电网对关键负荷的可靠供电;剩余网络重构采用基于生成树的蚁群算法得到可行的网络集,并利用帕累托最优遗传算法对可行网络中的DG出力进行优化。通过PG&E69节点系统验证了所提方法可及时对故障后的配电网进行优化,且重构后网络仍具有一定的抗灾能力。
In the face of the attack of external disasters with small probability and high risk in recent years,it is particularly important to reconstruct the distribution network in a short time to ensure the reliable power supply of key loads and avoid further expansion of disasters.Aiming at the distribution network under high permeability,in order to ensure its power supply to important loads as much as possible,the distribution network is reconstructed quickly from two perspectives of island division and residual network structure.In the reconstruction of the remaining network,the influence of the contribution of DG(Distributed Generator)should be considered to maximize the advantages of DG.The PG&E 69-node system is used to verify that the proposed method can optimize the network in time after failure,and the network still has a certain disaster resistance ability after reconstruction.
